We’ve made some changes to make it easier for you to navigate your website, at the same time as enhancing the design.
We’ve given a lot of thought to these changes and taken onboard your feedback in designing the new look. If you have any comments about the changes we’ve made, please feel free to let us know by using our feedback form.
New look home page
You’ll notice that the home page now looks different:
Sign-in box
The most important change for you to look for is the sign-in box you use to access your personal account details, which has moved from the left side of the screen to the right side.
To sign-in to your account, simply click on the appropriate link and then enter your sign-in details in the next screen.
Features
Keep an eye out for the new look feature article and promotions on the home page. They are designed to keep you in the know about how to make the most of your finances.
Simply click on any of the feature images to read more. These promotions will be updated regularly with new tips, so don’t forget to check them out regularly.
News articles
You’ll still be able to read all the latest news articles from Mercer from the home page so you can stay in touch with the latest superannuation developments – you’ll notice we’ve added some more information to each link making it easier to decide if you’d like to read further.
Quick links
We’ve also re-organised the ‘quick links’ on the homepage so it’s easier for you to locate and access the pages you use most frequently.
These will now be arranged under three new headers:
- Fast find - for the pages you use most frequently, such as unit prices
- Products & services - for those looking for information on the products and services offered by Mercer, such as super products or financial advice
- Learn more – to find out more about hot financial topics, like the Government Super Co-contribution.
Navigation
You can still navigate the website using the ‘navigation tabs’ at the top of each page – simply move your mouse over any tab to reveal the details in a dropdown menu.
As you move through the site, you’ll also see additional navigation links appearing on the left of your screen - these will help you find you way through each section on the site so you don’t have to keep returning to the main navigation.
And we’ve added the site map to the bottom of each page to help you navigate the site quickly. Click on any of the links in the site map to take you straight to that page.
Links
Links within the text on this website will now appear in blue instead of grey – they will also underline when you move your mouse over them. If the link is of interest simply click on the blue text and it’ll take you directly to the subject.
Text too small or too large?
If you need to adjust the size of the text to suit you, simply use the text tool located in the site map section at the bottom of each page.
